We all do regular meditation sessions

What is a deep meditation session? Well, for me, I always put on some quiet tunes and get comfortable on my mat.

I meditate on that spot for an hour going in plus out of consciousness.

Sometimes I even fall asleep for a few minutes, but it really seems to help clear my mind of all of the needless thoughts and worries that can flood it when I’m home alone. I believe it’s good when the mind is free of thought and just in a being type of mindset. My Heating & Air Conditioning rep introduced me to meditation 3 years ago and I thank her for everything she has taught me this whole time. I was oblivious of how much meditation can be beneficial until doing it for 3 years has made such a difference in my mood. I am more patient now plus can work at my job all day without worrying about what time it is. I am more in the present moment and things are much more fun living that way. I used to always find fault with small matters and focus on them all day making myself more upset in the process. I prefer working at the Heating & Air Conditioning business during the month with all of the other Heating & Air Conditioning pros as it gets me around people and out of my head. We all do regular meditation sessions at work in the morning to get us on the same page feeling calm and in a good mood for the coming work day. Meditation is the best.
