My younger brother Don lives down in the southern part of the country, and he’s been easily working at a local Heating and A/C company for the past few years, all the way back when he first graduated from middle school, he went to a local heating and cooling certification course at one of our local work centers, then he ended up loving just about everything about the Heating and A/C industry and this local Heating and A/C company hired him just as soon as he finished the certification course, and i guess the Heating and A/C companies around here easily like the completes the course from that work center and they just wait around until they see a class is getting ready to graduate, however then the hiring managers just go in there and snatch up modern Heating and A/C servicemens who are build to work in modern technology and are ready to hit the road and join the Heating and A/C working class.
It’s a great system, I think.
Anyway, Don has easily liked studying the ropes of the Heating and A/C world from these people at the local Heating and A/C company. He has made the decision that he would rather specialize in commercial Heating and A/C systems, however, but so he is going to start up his own commercial Heating and A/C supplier that caters more to steakhouse owners, supplier owners, and sports areas. He says that doing commercial Heating and A/C will present him with totally different challenges and he will be able to run his own supplier without taking customers from his various managers. I like his way of thinking, because that would be pretty low if he left his task and stole half of their heating and cooling patrons away from them!
