I almost missed out on good services

I feel I could do without all the hype.

It’s like I can’t buy anything without being pushed to add more and more to our order. Enough of that junk already. It’s enough to make me want to just turn my back on anyone that I have to interact with in a retail environment. Honestly, it sort of feels as though my intelligence is being insulted. Like my husband and I just spent an incredible amount of time and energy choosing an upgraded Heating and A/C unit. We had the Heating and A/C supplier out and had his input and knowledge. That was helpful and legitimately helped us narrow our choices. It was a large amount of money for us so both of us took it very seriously. Fortunately, both of us were able to agree to financial terms with the Heating and A/C corporation and were ready to pull the trigger on the sale. But due to countless retail upsell experiences, I almost made a big mistake. I called the Heating and A/C office to get the details on payments and replacement. The guy in the office suggested that I join the Heating and A/C repair program. Immediately I thought this was just another usual reach for my wallet. However, the Heating and A/C corporation was actually helping me save money while investing in preventive repair for my new Heating and A/C unit. I had to check myself quickly in order to actually take advantage of a good service. Now, I am set up to have Heating and A/C repair twice a year automatically. And, anything that ever breaks will only cost me the amount of the part. Now that is some excellent customer service.
