Realizing a better online presence for my HVAC company

Starting and running my own business had always been a goal of mine.

Growing it sustainably with online marketing is a new approach.

I sort of grew up in the HVAC business. My uncle had a small HVAC company. My uncle was an enormous influence on my life as I was raised by a single mother. I was following him around like a puppy for as far back as I can recall. Through him, I started dreaming of having my own HVAC company. He gave me my start out of high school and I really took to being the best HVAC technician around. I was able to learn even more when I was sent for all the formal training even though I had been working with him since I was a kid. 6 years of work was enough and I decided to go out on my own. It was awesome to have his blessing and he was really proud of me. He instilled in me that my work would lead to my ultimate success. Yet, I also knew that I had to market myself. It was still early in the digital revolution but I had a website day one of my new business. But honestly, it was really just a passive ad online. It took digital and online marketing for me to really leverage my online presence. The online marketing firm I went with immediately redeveloped my website so it was interactive and up to date. From there is was search engine marketing techniques that really worked. Using SEO, PPC and link building, my HVAC company was now right where people were looking when they searched for HVAC. The difference was nearly immediate.
