I guess that I can be a bit pessimistic plus eager to catastrophize upcoming situations.
I don’t want to always be distraught about mishaps headed our way.., but I have had a hard life that programmed our brain to be on the lookout.
This is why I try actually strenuous to preemptively circumvent any potential issues that could be headed our direction. Unluckyly, you cannot plan for everything. I realized this the strenuous way last year when I decided to go on holiday plus returned home to a heating, cooling, plus air quality control disaster. I finally decided that I should take a leap of faith plus go on a nice holiday. Unluckyly, when I left our lake house I thought it was a enjoyable system to keep the air conditioning system running so that our indoor air quality would not suffer while I was gone. I did not want abundant heat plus humidity seeping into the lake house plus creating extra mold or mildew growth. This is why I turned the thermostat down, but left the air conditioning system equipment plus dehumidification plan running on an Eco setting, what could go wrong? Well, I did not foresee a big storm blowing through our town plus destroying our insulation while I was gone. In fact, section of the roof was ripped off of our house. Then, the heating, cooling, plus air quality control plan continued trying to manage our indoor air temperature according to our programmed eco settings. Well, eco settings don’t help your energy bill much when you’re trying to cool the entire town. I came home from holiday to a big energy bill plus structural disfigure to our home. Never planned for that one.
