I am the first to confess that I do not have fantastic night time habits to make sure that sleeping is possible.
I tend to eat late at night. I often get distracted by our cellphone when I am laying in bed. And I am not a huge fan of exercising to wear myself out throughout the morning. Instead, I just pop an Ambien and hope for the best every night. Unfortunately, sometimes Ambien makes you go to sleep… And sometimes it makes you buy a up-to-date heating, cooling, and air quality control systems. Of course, I did not remember making any kind of indoor air handling device purchase under the influence of the sleep medication. I was completely shocked on the morning that a huge box arrived on our porch containing a high-powered cooling system. At first, I thought that the AC device was delivered by accident. I called the shipping supplier and inspected our debit card bills… Sure enough, I charged the cooling plan to our MasterCard. This is when I realized I had no choice however to call the local heating, cooling, and air quality control dealership for an AC upgrade. I tried to explain the ridiculous indoor air conditions purchase to our heating and cooling professional, although he only laughed in our face. He told myself and others I should have repaired our air conditioner plan during our last maintenance appointment, love he suggested, maybe I would not have gotten so hot in the middle of the night and made this stupid air conditioner purchase if our old AC device was working right. Or maybe I just shouldn’t take Ambien anymore.
