Sometimes, when I’m really bored and have nothing else to scroll through on social media, I scroll through the app of a massive retailer.
I love looking through their online catalog to see what’s on sale.
It’s kind of like window shopping, but it’s much easier, and I’m less likely to buy something. Last night, as I was scrolling, I noticed they were having a sale on a lot of their cleaning items. Hand soaps, vacuums, disinfectants, any cleaning product you can think of! I even saw an air purifier and fan combo that was discounted by $100! It was one of the top brands and so sleek. At first glance, I had a hard time believing that it was capable of cooling and purifying an entire room because it looked so small. I clicked on the item to read more about the air purifier and fan description. The first sentence said that it was small and portable for a desk or bedside table. It was effective at reducing odors, pet dander, dust eliminating bacteria, and keeping the air cool. Originally, I thought it was a good deal because I thought it would cool and purify an entire room. However, the more I read about it, the more I thought it was still too much money. Even with the $100 discount, it was still $299. That was a lot of money for a fan and air purifier for your bedside table or desk. I’m going to keep my eye on it though to see if it goes on sale for a greater price in the future.
