Both of us have a little bit of land in our family and we have this awesome family tradition; every single year in the fall season, we build crucial wooden structures with friends and family and have a little burning festival. Both of us don’t have a crazy amount of people and there isn’t barter and trade or anything such as that, it’s just us enjoying a big fireplace outdoors. Both of us have a concrete section where we build the structures and then put them to the place! It’s nearly as big as a large fireplace just for our masterpieces, however a lot of our friends get legitimately creative too. I remember a year when we burned a structure that looked exactly like batman… The weather is usually pretty mild around this time, however occasionally it can be pretty nippy outside as well. Both of us consistently welcome the cooler weather though so we can legitimately adore the burning of our masterpieces in our fireplace area. Both of us also have a real fireplace indoors for people to relax after the tradition has been done. Both of us have newly installed radiant floors inside the house and a lot of people care about that. But on top of that, I have a smart temperature control so I can adjust the temperature control settings from wherever I also happen to be. The crazy thing is, our little tradition has been becoming more popular as people tell their friends about it. Both of us get a lot of new faces each year, but luckily, we own plenty of land so as long as people are respectful of our property… We usually don’t turn them away. If we start getting too many people coming out though, we might have to start charging people to come to our private burning festival.
