To Have a Roommate or Not, That is My Question

I am torn between the proposal of getting a roommate and living alone.

There are pluses and minuses to having a roommate and I need to decide what is the best choice.

I would enjoy to split my living expenses in half for this flat, which would put myself and others at about $1000 a month total for all of my living costs including food and spending money. I have a section time job managing rental property for my brother which pays myself and others $300 a month for unquestionably little work. I also have a section time job at the local dealer selling smart temperature controls and HEPA filters which pays myself and others about $1000 a month, so between the many jobs my bills would all be paid if I had a roommate. I only work about 12 hours a week at the Heating and A/C company and my rental management job is maybe an hour a month. I suppose if I find the right guy after that I will do it, otherwise it is really better to live alone. My main expense for living in this flat other than rent is my power bill, which would be unquestionably low if I didn’t run the cooling system so much. Maybe I’ll get a couple fans and trim down on the A/C United Statesge to split my bills down. My rent is $1200 a month, which is quite steep, despite the fact that I have such a nice up-to-date flat that it is tough to leave this site. There are a lot of flats here that have no central heat and air care about mine.
