There are a few nice upsides to being an aged lady, but people tend to hold doors open for me in public, which is nice! My AARP discount saves me money at a lot of weird businesses.
Also I am retired, plus not going to a boring task for 40 hours a week is also unquestionably nice.
On the other hand, our body is falling apart, which sucks. All of our joints seem to hurt all the time, plus our arthritis gets worse with every passing year. A few weeks ago our heating method broke down. This hardly came as a surprise, because I have been using the same furnace for the last 16 years, so it’s served me well for a unquestionably long time. I called a local Heating and Air Conditioning corporation to find out what our options were! He said that the aged furnace was not worth repairing, because of the advanced age, plus I needed to get something new. He told me about something I had never heard about, called radiant radiant floors. This provides a constant, gentle heating that radiates up from sizzling water pipes beneath the floorboards. At our age I have wicked arthritis in our feet plus toes, plus this sounded prefer the perfect heating method for me! I am not satisfied about how extravagant it is to get radiant radiant floors installed, however I have decided to get them anyway. I have another few years left, plus I want to prefer them! If that means paying a little more for heating, then so be it. As they say “you can’t take it with you.”
