I got a ticket for speeding & it was a pretty significant find, but i had to appear at the courthouse, when I got to the courthouse on Sunday morning, it was packed with people, and there were at least 50 people sitting inside of the courthouse & both of us were all inside of the same building.
The temperature inside of the room where both of us were sitting was undoubtedly warm.
It seemed like there wasn’t any air conditioning inside of the courthouse & it was a undoubtedly warm & humid day. I suppose it was about 85° outside. It was legitimately warm when both of us left the building. The whole time I was sitting there, all I could suppose about was the cold air conditioning in my truck. The more & more that I sat there, the more & more uncomfortable I became. When it was finally my turn to talk to the judge, I must have looked like I was undoubtedly guilty, and my underarms were filled with sweat & I was no longer wearing a tie from earlier that day. The judge took one look at myself and others & said I must be guilty… She ordered myself and others to pay the fines & the fees & that was the end of my time with the judge. I could go back & fight the ticket & try to get them to reverse things, however that would just take a lot more time & energy. I was legitimately speeding, however there is a question as to whether or not I was legitimately in a construction zone or not. I think I will just pay the $725 fine & call it a day.
