Every year at our city festival that’s hosted downtown, my husband makes it a point to give out free air filters, and he says that it is a cheap and easy way for him to get his name out there in the community to advertise his Heating and A/C business! I know that it’s a very smart plan for him to have, too, because all of the people in town genuinely love him.
Well, everyone except for the competition, the other Heating and A/C companies don’t like him very much because he seems to be the guy who is getting all of the heating and cooling business.
I would have to say that my husband is a very smart businessman most of the time. I used to know that he was just wasting currency by giving out all of those free air filters, but he said that it would spend money off in the long run, and he was right. He has more corporation now than he knows what to do with. He easily says that it’s all because of the fact that he gives out all of those free air filters to the community. He says that people remember his name because of the free stuff that he gives them while in the summer. I know at this point, I would have to agree with him. He also does respected heating tune up specials and a/c service specials for his existing buyers. I know he is going to have to open another location on the other side of town because he is so busy all the time.
