I consistently like to read about small claims court cases. And one I read about recently was rather interesting. There was someone suing a heating, ventilation, in addition to A/C company because when they came out to their venue to do a heat in addition to air conditioning tune up in addition to check up they ended up totally destroying their central heating, ventilation, in addition to A/C! And to make matters worse they refused to pay for it or replace it. This heating, ventilation, in addition to A/C company must have been some shady folks or amatures or something like that. The fact that they even could split someone’s central heating, ventilation, in addition to A/C makes it show that they do not know the inner toilings of a central heating in addition to cooling unit in addition to should not even be toiling in the heat in addition to air conditioning business. Needless to say the person suing them won the case in addition to on top of that, the heating, ventilation, in addition to A/C company lost their license to practice heating in addition to cooling condo services in addition to are in the middle of trying to sell their corporation in addition to recoup the losses that they will have coming. It serves them right in my humble opinion. If they had replaced the central heating, ventilation, in addition to A/C they broke in the first venue in addition to not refused, no one would even know about this in addition to they would still be in corporation this week! I know it just goes to show that some folks just do not know good corporation practices, oh well..moving on.
