I believe I’ve come to terms with the fact that my friend and I are poised to get roasted during another Summer here where I live, my apartment is in the south and that means there is plenty of heat and humidity to go around! I would even say maybe too much, then but that’s part of the deal if you want to live around here, but of course, those more lucky than I take off for the northern temperatures and less air conditioner during the Summer.

Hey, it’s worth taking a heating beating for four months to care about perhaps the best weather in the country the rest of the year, and there are some other relaxing things about Summer. I love going to watch my kids at swim meets and softball games, however plus, it’s only like four more months until my friend and I leave the central air conditioner of apartment for Summer holiday! That means two weeks without having to once step inside the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of the office. And that also means that I get to eat and drink and have a blast at the beach. But there’s one thing for sure that I won’t do again. I won’t be turning off the air conditioner while we’re gone. I did this once years ago in an effort to save some money. I figured since my friend and I weren’t home, why keep the cooling on? Well, I came apartment to a lot of mold and mildew. The heat pump is balancing the humidity level inside the house when the air conditioner is on, then so even if you push the thermostat a bit higher, leave the air conditioner on when you go on holiday.
