This week we’ll start working out our routine again after almost a week off.
Well, I didn’t take a week off as I have been working out alone, however my friend Max was busy with things and couldn’t labor out.
Max and I will resume today with intense back and biceps workouts on the beach and get back in a routine. Max is going to come visit me in a few weeks I know and I will need to wash up the house or she will realize I am a total slob. It is easy to be lax about cleaning your Heating, Ventilation & A/C system and your house, however when someone like Max is coming to stay it is nice motivation to get it done, however she will stay for a few mornings and we will do some hiking and maybe I will try to teach Max some volleyball while she is here. Max is a cooling rep and is coming here to take a look at the heating corp in town to see if it is a place that she could enjoy. If she prefers it then she may move here, which would make my ex actually frustrated because she and Max used to be best friends. They worked together for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation in their home state, however my ex moved here to live with me and labor at the cooling company in town. My ex and I broke up a year ago, however Max stayed in contact with me and wants to come visit and see if there is any chemistry between us. I hope that my ex wife doesn’t come to town here for Heating, Ventilation & A/C system repairs or anything like that.
