You know there comes a time when you just don’t understand anything, anymore. My parents are prime examples of it and to be honest, I’m sure it happens to everyone at a certain period in their life. I’m not sure if I’m ready to fall behind the times however there will be a day when I’m behind trying to understand whatever technology is before me at that moment. It honestly will be artificial intelligence however who knows? I’m just going to live my life, the life I have right now today and not think about the future and what it holds. My Mom recently had his Heating in addition to A/C system upgraded by the heating and cooling dealer, then the thing about my Mom is that he can be talked into anything if it makes his life easier. It’s funny because he consistently has the intention of whatever he purchases to make his life easier, however then shortly after finds out he doesn’t honestly understand what he just bought. So the Heating in addition to A/C dealer, outside of installing a new Heating in addition to A/C system, installed a smart thermostat. My Mom came out blissful and talked to all his friends at the root carona shop about this new tech he got. Shortly after, he found himself over his head, confused, not understanding how it works, he had one of those dial thermostats for years so when it came to this upgrade, it seemed alien to him. I wish he talked to me first because then he wouldn’t be in this boat however now I have to deal with teaching him how to use it officially.
