Working with a condo renovation team, fixing an air conditioner challenge in an seasoned house

Seeing the final result of an seasoned condo after renovations is among the best experiences I get from my job but what leaves me fulfilled is the process. My most memorable job is a project we did on an seasoned apartment that among many things needed its Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment replaced entirely. The apartment had been empty for around four years, but from the state of its air quality, you could tell that the dirt had been accumulating everywhere, including the air duct. We needed to involve the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier condo services for an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman consultant to guide us through changing the entire air conditioner because the apartment needed to be sold after renovations. The first project the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional and her team handled was the removal of the home’s air duct system as we expected, full of dust and other debris including paper, because the Ac filter had also been left off! Once the seasoned air conditioner was out, we all saw the state of it, and there’s no way simple Ac repair would have redeemed it. We moved on to finding a reliable and more new opportunity to help with indoor comfort with the input of the expert. Our dilemma was whether to reinstall a system with ducts like the one we had or the more new ductless options. The interior design team and the serviceman thought it best to go ductless because the apartment was big and there’d be a waste of energy while heating and cooling the entire house. Without any experience on the topic, the rest of us agreed because we wanted both aesthetic and functional needs met. I’m sure Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair is also easier for the couple that purchased it because they no longer have to deal with the ducts.
