When my son first said he wanted to start up a bakery, I thought it was a great idea.
- I even helped him to invest money into a venue where he could set everything up.
He was able to get everything going and he prepared some excellent baked goods. The problem was, he wasn’t getting a great deal of business. People would go into the bakery to check out the goods, but most people didn’t bother to buy anything or stick around for long. When I went to the bakery to see how he was doing, he let me know the bad news. He wasn’t getting a whole lot of sales, and customers didn’t seem to want to hang around. I realized there were a few problems in the bakery. I told him for starters, there was something up with the temperature control settings. He said the HVAC was struggling a little bit especially when he was baking the food. I also mentioned that the air quality could be better, and there was sort of a funny smell in the bakery. He frowned about that and asked what he should do about it. I decided to call up an HVAC company to see if they had any recommendations. The HVAC professional said they could install an air purification system, and have a look at the HVAC. So the HVAC professional arrived and installed the air purification system, and he changed out some worn parts for the HVAC. After that, the air quality was great and the strange smells went away. It wasn’t long when customers enjoyed being in the bakery and bought a ton of baked goods!
