The guy highly advocated decreasing out the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C before moving in, then after buying a new cabin I did not want to throw another 6 grand down for a new heating plus cooling machine.
The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worked, so I figured it should stay. I decided to instead pay on a new powder room remodel plus to hire painters to make the outside of the cabin a strange color.
