Ever since moving to this new city my allergies have been terrible.
My sinuses hurt and I have a constant headache. It doesn’t matter if I am indoors or outdoors, I always feel miserable. One of my neighbors suggested getting an air purifier. Honestly, I didn’t think it would help much but I decided to give it a try anyway. I put the air purifier in my bedroom. That is the first morning I have woken up without a headache in a very long time. I decided to get 2 more air purifiers: one for the living room and one for the hallway. Now at least I don’t feel terrible in my own home. However, it is kind of annoying to change and clean the air filters all of the time. This has to be done for them to work right. Every time I clean them I am surprised at home much junk the HEPA filters have trapped. Recently, i found out that I can get a whole home air purification system. It connects to the HVAC system and works in the same way that the little air purifiers do. They even have HEPA filters, UV lights, and everything. Then I could filter all of the air in my house. I think this would be more quiet and easier. Then I would only have to change one filter instead of 3. I am definitely interested in getting a whole home air purification system installed in my house. Maybe then I would actually like living in this city. Now, if only we can install purifiers all over the city I would truly be set.
