The passenger kept complaining about the indoor air un-even temperatures

This allows every passenger to individually control the temperature, however all of the heating as well as cooling comes from one machine. The two of us knocked on every door on the 5th deck to let passengers assume that all of us are aware of the concern with the AC. The two of us wanted them to assume that all of us are working fast to solve the problem, and most people were happy for the information, however a couple of people just added it to their list of complaints. It’s never easy to make all the people happy.
