They did not notify me until more than two weeks later

My fiance & I ordered a brand modern a/c for the residing room.

I wanted to buy the a/c from the hardware store, however my fiance found the same exact make & model online for $50 cheaper. Both of us did not have to spend my savings any fees for the shipping, so I agreed to wait a couple more days. The a/c was supposed to arrive last Tuesday. Both of us did not get the package or an email, so I went online to look at my previous orders. The information on the order page that. My package was still out for delivery. I thought the a/c might come later that day, however it never arrived. I called on Sunday, when the package was still missing. That’s when I found out that the a/c was out of stock. They charged my card for the delivery, however they never mailed an a/c in return. I was annoyed, aggravated, aggravated, & miserable. I demanded an answer for the lack of information & correspondence. The woman on the PC apologized, however ultimately, she did not have an answer. They refunded my money & my fiance & I went to the hardware store & paid $50 more for the a/c, and yesterday, it was more than two weeks since the day that our a/c was supposed to be delivered. I acquired an SMS this day from the dealer. They wanted to let me suppose that the a/c was back in stock & on sale. In 90 degree weather, there is no way I would wait more than two weeks for an a/c. They lost out on my money.
