My main focus is curb appeal.
It is summertime as well as that means I am outside typically.
I have detachd so many shrubs that the previous homeowner planted. She must have just randomly plopped shrubs wherever he was standing. I now have freed up so much yard space it is amazing. You can actually see the front of the current home too! I even cut down a few small trees as well as detachd the old homeowners’ attempts at gardens. I appreciate when a yard is just a huge lawn. I now am onto making the actual current home good. I painted the entire current home grey with light red trim as well as a navy red door. Outdoor lights were added as well as a current front mat. I even got some sweet outdoor furniture that actually makes it homey. I have noticed that the outdoor component with the Heating as well as A/C device is a huge eyesore. The Heating as well as A/C component is right on the side of the current home however actually noticeable from the road. Now that I see the Heating as well as A/C, I can’t unsee it. Everytime I drove up to my current home I noticed that big, grey box. I want to hide it a little better. I found that there are little white gates that you can enclose your heating as well as air component in. It is like an Heating as well as A/C device prison. I am wondering if it isn’t a smart move though. Will it make it harder on my Heating as well as A/C worker for heating as well as cooling service? If so, it is not worth it. I don’t want to make my Heating as well as A/C contractor not do as great of a task because I don’t like the grey box.
