I want to get the ductwork cleaned.
I just bought my home 7 weeks ago as well as I have done a ton of labor on it. I have scrapped all the pretzels ceilings as well as painted them. In that many week span I also gutted the master bathroom as well as I sanded the wood bifold doors as well as wood walls in the living room. Needless to say, a lot of dust has been stirred up in the home. The people I bought the home from didn’t seem like official Heating as well as A/C maintenance as well as ductwork cleaning people. The Heating as well as A/C device actually was super dirty as well as needed a maintenance the moment I moved in. I am cringing thinking about the ductwork. I don’t want to breathe in disgusting dust all day long. I am someone who is sensitive to poro indoor air conditions too. My allergies bother me all the time. I take pills in the Springtime as well as I have to use special cleaning products to not aggravated my nasal passages. I am someone who needs to get ductwork cleaning. Everything I read online scared me though. The Heating as well as A/C contractor could make a hole or a tear along the ductwork seam. Then the treated air is leaking outside as well as causing high energy costs. I would then be on the hook for ductwork sealing. I don’t want to cause more labor for myself! I want the appointment to be cheap as well as self-explanatory. I don’t believe it will be though.
