Last month I responded to a easily screen service call.
A client called the service center because she heard a different noise coming from the vents that lead to the furnace.
The registers are easily easy to remove, so I assumed the problem must be deep in the system. I agreed to help the client as well as she was first on our list that afternoon. I would suppose the culprit is the woman’s more than four-year-old son, because that was the only bedroom where I found change in the air duct as well. It seems like the kid made a fun game of putting coins inside of the furnace. Thankfully, they didn’t cause any real disfigure.
