Being a cooling specialist helped me help my wife with her allergies

Working as an HVAC professional has its perks, the major one being that you do not pay for ac services only because you get to do it yourself because you have the expertise and the tools.

Before I became a cooling specialist I knew very little about residential HVAC. Initially, the most I could do was reset the thermostat and change the furnace filter when I remembered because it is so easy to forget all the things one has to do especially if you are in a job that has you working more hours than you spend with your family. My wife took care of most things in the house since she had more flexible working hours. If there was a leak in the air duct she would be quick to notice and seal it right away. She is the one who remembered to change the air filter every two to three months. . Four years ago we had installed a new quality HVAC to try and reduce my wife’s allergies as the other one was almost twenty years old. We hoped it would improve indoor air quality and reduce her allergies. It helped but it was still not enough and because she worked from home most days we were keen on the air quality inside the house. She came up with the idea of buying an air purification system and when we did her allergies reduced significantly. It wasn’t until I worked as an HVAC supplier did I realize that we shouldn’t have bought that but one that not only purified but also had an indoor air cleaning system. After that, she barely took any allergy medication even with the dog around. The homeowner solutions business had solutions to all home comfort needs.
