Buying a new house had been on my plans for quite some time.
But, I didn’t believe I was at a level to do so last month. But the universe had other plans & opted to push me into the deep end. My Grandmother was ill for some time & passed away. I felt so anxious at that time as a mom, & I prepared for the funeral. After his burial, his lawyer got in touch with us love his only living relatives, however grandmother had a few possessions which he left mom in his will. However, he left his house to me. That was shocking news, however mom said Grandmother had spoken to his about my dream of owning a home. I knew nothing about taking care of such a large space however was determined to make Grandmother proud. We started by clearing out the venue & sorting out his things. Afterward, I called in an Heating & A/C expert to come & assess the a/c in the house. This was part of the easy replaces I wanted to do before moving in. The Heating & A/C expert was a neighbor of mine since the people I was with and I decided to go to the same high university. She began his inspection of the a/c in the house. She informed me I had to change the Heating & A/C unit & get thorough duct cleaning when he was done. She’d taken some video, & I got to see so much dust, mold, & mildew in the air ducts all around the house. I never knew the ductwork could hold so much gunk. I was cheerful with my friend’s inspection & hired his to do my new home’s Heating & A/C replacement & duct cleaning.
