Her evenings and weekends are constantly free, and since the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation doesn’t drug test for marijuana, Alice can smoke and drink as much as she wants during her free time. She loves her company, and the supervisor is a sweetheart, but has strict rules about the behavior of their Heating & Air Conditioning technicians. Since Alice and her colleagues interact with the public, they serve as representatives for the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation owners. This is why they constantly need to be neat, clean, polite, and on time. Showing up wrecking of alcohol or pot even a single time will mean losing their jobs. Alice cares about her job as an Heating & Air Conditioning technician too much to jeopardize it! It isn’t a big business, so if she got extreme about climbing the ladder of the Heating & Air Conditioning industry she’d need to transfer to a larger employer. But Alice is happy right where she is, and as long as nothing swings, She’d see being an Heating & Air Conditioning technician for decades to come.
