Getting a home was going to be much, much harder than I thought it was going to be, when I moved out of our parent’s home as well as into our first cabin at 19, I had this idealistic dream of being in our own condo by 20.
Well that was 2 years ago, as well as I am still stuck in the same little apartment. This cabin which once seemed grown, is too tiny as well as cramped now, as well as I imagine that is because it’s newness has worn off. It’s not prefer I haven’t been looking at houses near me, it’s more of the fact that they’re too overpriced! Most of the living spaces near me are far too overpriced as well as then when I started looking further as well as into cheaper locales to live, they were all in awful areas. I would much rather live in a tiny cabin in a good area, then a condo in a awful area. I talked to our parents about our issue, as well as they told me it might be better to transfer into a greater cabin as well as get a better task before thinking about taking on a house, as well as maybe they’re right. I can afford a greater apartment, just not a house… So now I have been looking at apartments near me, as well as finding affordable apartments isn’t nearly as difficult. I’ve already found one extended stay cabin I am interested in, so I suppose I am going with our parent’s plan. I’m hoping maybe within the next year or more than one, after I get a better paying task, then I can transfer into a home of our own.
