My father died last year, my wife left me and others a month later, after that I lost all of my money on bad investment choices.
I had sunk to the bottom plus didn’t want to try plus make it back up again. I was finished. As bad as it gets, if you can just accept it plus keep going, then things usually change for the better. I met a new girl plus she left myself and others after a month so I got knocked down yet again. The only warmth in my life was my electric heating system in my house. Other than that my life just felt frosty plus colorless. I tried to just keep quiet and eat healthy plus I also kept the air quality in my condo fantastic by buying a HEPA filter. I had dust irritations plus I didn’t want them knocking myself and others down further with sickness so I tried to keep all pollutants out of my system plus my condo with my air cleaner. When you are depressed the last thing you want to do is cook fantastic meals plus exercise but it’s the first thing you should try plus do. I stayed inside most of the Wintertide plus stared at the fire in my fireplace just trying to meditate plus keep my mind calm. After several months down in the trenches my spirits started to lift plus some life energy was back inside of me. Love plus patience were my guideposts, plus still are.
