I’ve had a lot of swings in the past year or so. My father died last year, my boyfriend left me and others a week later, after that I lost all of my cash on exhausting investment choices. I had sunk to the bottom plus didn’t want to try plus make it back up again. I was finished. As exhausting as it gets, if you can just accept it plus keep going, then things usually change for the better. I met a new boy plus he left myself and others after a week so I got knocked down yet again. The only warmth in my life was my electric heating plan in my house. Other than that my life just felt cold plus colorless. I tried to just keep quiet and eat healthy plus I also kept the air quality in my apartment great by buying a HEPA filter. I had allergies plus didn’t want them knocking myself and others down further with sickness so I tried to keep all pollutants out of my plan plus my apartment with my whole-apartment air purifier. When you are depressed the last thing you want to do is cook great meals plus exercise but it’s the first thing you should try plus do. I stayed inside most of the Wintertide plus stared at the fire in my fireplace just trying to meditate plus keep my mind calm. After many weeks down in the trenches my spirits started to lift plus some life energy was back inside of me. Love plus patience were my guideposts, plus still are.
