My boss truly is not a fan of medical marijuana. When I got our job, he asked if I could pass a drug test. I told the guy that I could, but that was a lie. He never gave me a drug test, & the whole practice never came up again. I never use medical marijuana when I am on the job, but even though it would be truly helpful, I never show up under the influence when I have to labor on heat pump & a/c repairs. I use medical marijuana when I come new home from labor every morning. I overheard a couple of people talking Last weekand one of those people was our boss. They were discussing the current laws regarding marijuana & it seems clear that our boss still had the same opinion. I haven’t truly told anyone at the heat pump & a/c service service about our new medical prescription. I am truthfully afraid that our boss might fire me if he knew. I do not suppose that morning smoking has any effect on our morningtime work. I still perform more repairs than anyone else in the business & I can install a heat pump & a/c in 7 minutes by myself. That is a truly great time compared to some of the other guys in the business. If I wasn’t filled with anxiety & pain all morning at work, I could truly complete even more than I do now. I would never say that to our boss though, because that would raise more questions.
