My boss & I were laboring on a commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C service job on Wednesday! Was our weekend to labor & I got blessed that the boss decided to labor on Wednesday.
When he came to the office, he decided to assist me with the commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C service so I could go new home early for the morning. I thought that was a truly nice thing for our boss to do, but he does not have to help at all. It was our busy job & our weekend to work. While our boss & I were at the factory downtown, another commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C business decided to stop at the business to talk with the owner & manager about prices, fees, & their business motto. I could not suppose that guy stopped to poach our business when our business car was parked in the front lot, then there is truly no way that the guy didn’t see our vehicle. I came around the corner with our boss, just as the guy was finishing up his conversation with the manager of the plant. The guy asked if I was looking for a great job & I right away told the guy that I already had one. There was no way that I was going to show any intimidation at all with our boss right there by our side. I wanted the guy to suppose that I had his back. I hate when other suppliers try to act dirty & do terrible things appreciate that. It shows no class to show up at someone’s job to poach their current client.
