I am often honestly thankful for the mini chop heating and A/C equipment that I have in our home.
There is a separate equipment for the upstairs and another equipment for the first floor of the house.
This has consistently allowed me to individually control the temperatures of each floor in the house. I don’t have a lot of people living in the house, so I hardly ever use the A/C upstairs. My family room is on the first floor; During the Wintertide months I run the gas furnace on both levels so the pipes don’t freeze. I don’t keep the temperature set honestly high upstairs, but the plan does run, but last Summer I had friends visiting and they stayed upstairs. They were supposed to stay for a week and they ended up staying almost an entire month. I enjoy having extra people in the house, but the A/C upstairs ran consistently separate from much of a break… By the time our friends left, I knew there was a problem with the plan that needed to be addressed. The A/C was working just nice when our friends arrived. They had that temperature set at 74 degrees and it was honestly cool inside of the upstairs areas. Towards the end of their stay, the temperature didn’t recognize comfortable at 74 degrees. I decided that I would contact the A/C maintenance maintenance after our friends left. I expected to hear exhausting news from the maintenance service, but the issue didn’t turn out to be as exhausting as I expected. The air filter needed to be changed, because the device had not been took care of in several years.
