Trying to move around more

I work totally from my house on my ipad.

So I am always sitting down typing, taking calls as well as putting spreadsheets together.

I later realized that all our favorite things to do have me sitting as well. I like to sit on our sunchair as well as read a book, but additionally I find it easily fantastic to create chairs out of wood. I am never standing up as well as moving around. When I was in our 20s, that wasn’t an issue, but now that I have turned thirty, I have noticed a difference in our muscles. My neck, back as well as shoulders feel tight now. My wife has encouraged stretching as well as exercise, and since I have never done either of these in our life, I sought out professional help, and thankfully there was a health as well as fitness center near me that gave 1 on 1 fitness training. I got a personal trainer to work with me an hour multiple mornings a week, on the weekends I try to ride our bike, go for a jog or swim at the local pool. It is nice while in the week not needing to worry about working out. The fitness expert has me do a 10-15 minute stretch before the two of us work out as well as after that I end with a light stretch. My neck has so much more mobility now, but getting a nice cardio workout has also helped me sleep better at night. I just believe overall better now that I am making fitness a top thing. I should have made this change years ago.
