I think the thermostat in my hot water heater is done so I am going to buy one at the local HVAC business and change it out. I’ve done it before and it isn’t that tough of a job considering I am certified in HVAC repair and have many years of experience in the field. I will probably do it tomorrow because today I am going to get two kittens to have as pets and will probably end up playing with them the rest of the day. I think my smart thermostat for my HVAC system is also going bad because it seems to keep running no matter what I set the temperature to. I’m not sure why it is bad because they just replaced it a few months ago and it was working fine, but now after being away for two months on vacation it doesn’t seem to be working right anymore. Maybe this model of smart thermostat has a defect in the design because this will be my third thermostat that they will have put in. I know the owner of my flat is not going to be happy when I tell him but it needs to be fixed or my power bills are going to be sky high. I think I will go online to look at this smart thermostat model to see if there is any information on why it is going bad all of the time. Maybe some other people wrote about their problems with the same brand and model. This should be an easy fix though, all they have to do is swap it out for a new one.
