My brother seems to think that he is ready to move out on his own, but I know that he will not ever be able to make it without central air conditioning.
He keeps saying that he will be just finding an apartment without air conditioning, but I give him about a month.
I’m sure that by the end of the summer he will move back into our family’s house with me. I just don’t think that he is ever going to be able to live through the high temperatures that we get around here during the summer without air conditioning. My brother talks a lot, but he rarely is able to live up to what he says that he is going to do. He is currently complaining about all of the rules that he has to follow while living here at home with our family, but I honestly do not think that he realizes just how good he has it. Around here, we don’t have to pay for anything at all. Our parents still pay for the trash, the heating and cooling, the cable, the electricity, and the wifi. My brother barely even helps out around the house at all at this point so I think that he is sorely mistaken if he thinks that moving out on his own is going to be all fun and games. As spoiled as my brother is, there is just no way that he will last through three hot months without any air conditioning. If he does, I will eat my hat!
