We like to put on some quiet music and get comfortable

What do we mean by a deep meditation session? Well, we love to put on some quiet music and get comfortable in the morning, then meditate for about numerous hours.

We go in and out of consciousness when we meditate, sometimes falling asleep for small bits of time.

It really seems to help wipe our minds of all of the needless thoughts and worries that can occupy it when we’re home alone for too long. We are good when our minds are free of thought and just in a calm mindset. Our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech got us into meditation years ago and we thank her for everything she has taught us since then too. We never realized how much meditation helps us until doing it for years and seeing the difference in our mood. We’re more patient now and can work at the local company all morning without worrying about what time it is as we’re more in the present moment and life is much more fun living that way. We used to always be upset about things and ruminate on them for hours while making ourselves more upset in the process. We appreciate working at the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company during the month with all of the other Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals as it gets us around people and out of our heads. We also do a weekly meditation session at work in the morning to get on the same page, so that we are relaxed and in a nice mood for the coming work morning. We really like the benefits of meditation.
