I have been thinking about ways to update my house for the past couple of years.
- I don’t really know what I want to do, but I have been saving money for a really long time and I have a good amount in the bank.
So I have been really trying to think about what would make the most sense and I finally decided that I am going to make the investment and get radiant heated flooring. My brother works for a local HVAC company and thinks that is the best way to spend my money. He says that the resale value of your home goes up significantly when you have radiant flooring installed. I am really looking forward to having the radiant flooring in my bathroom for when I get out of the shower on cold winter mornings. I think this is going to be a great investment and I can’t wait for the HVAC workers to come out to the house and install my new flooring. I think the installation is going to take about two weeks and I am going to have to stay with my brother the whole time, but I think in the end I will be really happy with my new radiant flooring. I will also save money each month on my energy bills which is also something that I am looking forward too! My brother’s HVAC company is the best in town so I know that they are going to install my radiant flooring as fast as possible and they will do a great job as well!
