Our cat no longer gets in bed with us in the middle of the night because he is so happy sleeping in his own bed next to the HVAC vent
My boyfriend and I have been living together for about six years now. We aren’t ready to get married, but we do think that we want to take a new step in our relationship. So, about two months ago my boyfriend and I decided that we were going to get a cat. I have been wanting a cat for a long time now and I thought this would be the perfect time. I was surprised when my boyfriend said yes without putting up a fight at all. We have had the cat for about two months now and he is the funniest cat I have ever been around. I think that my cat my actually like the HVAC vent more than he likes us. He spends all day sitting next to the HVAC vent and letting the cold air blow on his fur. I thought that he would get sick of the HVAC vent eventually, but he seems to like the HVAC vent even more as time has gone on. My boyfriend and I think it’s so funny and we decided to move his cat bed next to the HVAC vent so that he could be even more comfortable while he was sleeping. Our cat no longer gets in bed with us in the middle of the night because he is so happy sleeping in his own bed next to the HVAC vent. I wonder if our cat will grow out of this or if he will be like this for the rest of his life.
