I have three sons and I decided to try one more time for a daughter.
My husband and I got super lucky and this time we have the girl coming. I am super excited and prepared to make the nursery perfect for our final, perfect baby girl. The issue is that I am not a decorator. I am a part of a mom group online that does all sorts of advice and help for moms. They love to post pictures of their finished nurseries. They look amazing. So many of them have themes with cute animals and cartoons. There are every sort of them and color combinations out there. I just didn’t know where to start. I have the money and the interest. So I hired an interior designer for the nursery. I wanted it done right for the last time. The interior designer has been amazing. There are reasons we have professionals for this afterall. We settled on a daisy theme. It is all white flowers with a bit of pinks thrown in there. What is nice is that I have light blue walls that she decided not to paint. The flowers were a wallpaper that was strategically added. Accents of pink were tossed in the room to make it more girly. White furniture and strategic pieces of light pine wood furniture were thrown together. Then there was artwork, stuffed animals, accented crib sheets, toys, and practical stuff in a nursery that all had to come together. The final product is just amazing and so well done. I couldn’t be happier.
