For the longest time, I have just lived in different apartments and rental houses.
In all of the places I have lived, it seemed that I always had lousy HVAC systems.
There was one apartment that didn’t even have a cooling system, so I had to buy a couple of window A/C units. In many places, I would ask the landlord to have the HVAC system worked on but they never seemed to care. Eventually, I became sick of renting from landlords and finally had enough saved to buy my own home. Looking for the perfect house was actually kind of fun. The one thing I knew I wanted was a nice HVAC system, but I was really glad when I found a place that had a great HVAC as well as a nice fireplace. This property was everything that I wanted and I was thankful that the HVAC system was installed recently meaning that it would need a lot of maintenance work. I couldn’t believe how much nicer it was living in a place that had a superb working HVAC system and I can’t tell you how wonderful it is relaxing in front of the fireplace. I didn’t want to neglect my HVAC system at all, so I actually called up the local HVAC company and I enrolled into an HVAC service plan. I’m glad that I get all of my HVAC maintenance for a relatively low cost, and I never have to worry about anything breaking down or performing poorly! It’s the best thing to own your own place!
