No one had scrubbed the ductworks in Dave’s building before last week.
Dave has been working here for many years and up until this point, he has never seen them ever having anyone here to scrub the ductwork or maintain the heating and cooling unit at all.
It hasn’t been the best situation with the indoor air pollen levels in the building, that’s for sure. Dave has always had concerns with the indoor air pollen levels in this building. He doesn’t do really well in the air conditioning department in the building where he works, that’s for sure. The heat is always intense. During the summers, the temperature gets tepid around here, but the air conditioning in the building doesn’t work properly. Honestly, Dave believes that they should have scrubbed the ductworks in the building years back. The owners of the building just haven’t been all that invested in the indoor air pollen levels in the building at all. So yesterday whenever the Heating & Air Conditioning business’s truck showed up in the parking lot of the building, he was quite surprised to see it. Dave had never seen an Heating & Air Conditioning truck in the parking lot of the building once in the entire duration that he had worked there. He was glad to see that they were there, because they could use some work on the commercial HVAC in the building. Once they got finished, Dave bet that the indoor air pollen levels in the building were going to be so much better than they ever were before.
