Mom was surprised to see a HVAC crew come by to wash the ductwork in her office building.
She has been working here for 5 years, and up until this point, mom can’t recall them ever having anyone here to wash the HVAC duct or maintain the heating and cooling system at all.
This has affected the indoor air quality in the building, that’s for sure. Mom has had issues with the indoor air quality in this building. She also said something similar about the air conditioning department in the building where she works, that’s for sure. Mom finds the offices hot, and during the summers, the temperature gets higher around here. The air conditioning in the building doesn’t work properly. This is why mom believes that they should have cleaned the air ducts in the building ages ago. The owners of the building just haven’t been all that invested in the indoor air quality in the building for some reason. So, the other day when the Heating and A/C dealer’s van showed up in the parking lot of the building, mom was shocked to see it. She had never seen an Heating and A/C van in the parking lot of the building once in the whole time that mom had worked there. She was enthusiastic to see that they were there, because they really could fix the heating, cooling and ventilation system in our building. Once they get finished, mom hopes that the indoor air quality in the building is going to be so much better than it ever was before.
