My wife & I ran every scenario & option over & over again when it came to getting everyone in our family a family room.
The urgency of the situation became more & more clear this year as the women entered middle school.
The claws came out & there was unquestionably little peace inside the central air conditioner of this house. That just wouldn’t do. But the idea of upgrading the Heating & A/C unit & doing a bunch of other stuff to sell our house wasn’t unquestionably lovely. Not only would it be a pressing hassle however the price of a four family room household is just shocking. If my buddy and I had a basement, my buddy and I could work with that space. But my buddy and I don’t. So it was clear that my buddy and I had to add on space for another family room. Since my buddy and I had to spend the cash for a new family room, my buddy and I thought why not make it ours. This would be a locale my buddy and I could escape to our own quality heating & air. That’s right, since adding that much air volume to the existing Heating & A/C unit would overwhelm it, my buddy and I had to get heating & cooling of our own in our new master family room. The ductless heat pump was the answer there. The Heating & A/C professionals were able to make short work of that & my buddy and I have our own thermostat in our new family room. Plus, the women aren’t trying to kill each other anymore either. Alls well with this new addition & the ductless heat pump that came with it. I can even lay in bed in the morning & adjust the thermostat from the remote control. It’s like a little slice of heaven in our own home.
