My lake house inspector told me the home I was buying had a Heating plus A/C system that was over 17 years old.
The guy highly recommended decreasing out the Heating plus A/C before moving in, however after buying a up-to-date home I did not want to throw another 6 grand down for a up-to-date heating plus cooling machine.
The Heating plus A/C worked, so I figured it should stay. I decided to instead spend my cash on a up-to-date bathroom remodel plus to hire painters to make the outside of the home a different color. Now that my budget is blown, I wish I would have saved some for Heating plus A/C. The heating plus cooling equipment does turn on plus off. It sort of can supply heating plus cooling. The issue with my Heating plus A/C component is that the outdoor component makes this actually loud whistling noise. It hurts my ears at certain times of the morning when I am outside. Inside the home you cannot even hear it. I have looked online on what to do. I found that my brand of Heating plus A/C is known for doing this. The certain year of Heating plus A/C I own also is known for having the loud noise, then people who own systems like me say that no amount of Heating plus A/C repairs is going to maintenance it either… You just need to live with the noise until it dies… One guy had a Heating plus A/C specialist upgrade everything within the system plus it still didn’t maintenance it. I guess that after a while I am going to hate my system plus wish I had a up-to-date 1.
