Dog has to be grounded; vents don’t help

Sometimes it’s extremely challenging to deal with animals.

Even if you absolutely love having them around, it can be challenging to coexist with something that you cannot actually speak with.

I often run into challenges with my dogs when they are upset about something and I cannot decide what it is. It’s even more complicated when you are dog sitting for an extra puppy with unfamiliar triggers and behavioral tendencies. This is what I’m realizing right now as I attempt to get my work done over the sound of a dog barking his head off. At first, I thought that putting him into the spare bedroom would calm down the situation… And then the air conditioning system started working. You see, because I am staying in a house with a large centralized indoor air temperature control plan, there is no way for me to turn off the air conditioning system in one particular room. I can have the AC unit powered on or I can have the AC unit powered off. This means, the puppy is stuck listening to the sound of the central air quality control unit no matter where I put him in the house. Clearly, the cooling system is very upsetting to my new furry friend and I’m not sure what I can do for him. I absolutely need the air conditioning system operating because it is incredibly hot and humid outside. I cannot leave the dog outside in the unpleasant air quality. I also cannot get any work done without the air conditioning unit or with the sound of his incessant complaining. I really wish I could just talk to this dog to find out why he hates air conditioning so severely. Until then… I wear ear plugs.
